gartmore UK & irish smaller companies failed to meet performance expectations, says OBSR

Ratings service Forsyth-OBSR has downgraded funds from Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan and Gartmore in its latest review, in addition to giving ratings to a further eight portfolios. The service has withdrawn A-ratings from the Gartmore UK & Irish Smaller Companies and the JPM UK Equity & Bond Income funds and removed both from its service.
