Jupiter is launching an online Isa purchase service at the start of February as it enters the second stage of its internet development strategy. The group plans to offer the online buying of Isas, which unlike Peps do not require hard copy signatures, through the use of Switch/Delta debit cards as well as all of its unit trusts.
