Some 70% of fund groups on the Cofunds platform will offer free re-registration of Isas and Peps from 1 November. A further 13 groups, including Jupiter, Newton and Gartmore, have signed up to offer free re-registration taking the total to 37 of the 45 groups on Cofunds. All 45 already offer free re-registration of unwrapped fund holdings. Cofunds uses an in-house system to electronically track transfers but is looking to incorporate the transfer tracking function on its external website in the fourth quarter.
