Iimia's fund of funds manager Nick Greenwood is rebuilding his small-cap exposure Japan in anticipation of a bounce in the Asian equity market. Japan has been one of the worst performing global equity markets over the past 18 months, with smaller companies' funds suffering the most. Despite the difficulties, Greenwood said he has been buying David Mitchinson's struggling JPMorgan Fleming Japanese Smaller Companies investment trust and believes the market's long-term fundamentals look good.
