Two property funds will be the first products from former SG Asset Management chief executive Nicola Horlick's, Bramdean Asset Management. Tariq Rahman, recruited from Prudential, will manage a core property fund and another actively managed portfolio in the asset class. Both will be open-ended and Dublin-domiciled and are due for launch in April. They will have a minimum investment of e125,000 and be targeted at institutional investors and wealthy individuals.
