Investors with Isa or Pep investments in Franklin Templeton funds had to transfer to alternative plan managers in the third quarter of 2003 or have their investments encashed. The US fund group was no longer to act as plan manager for Isa and Pep wrapped Oeics from 25 October and for investment trusts from 15 September. Franklin was recommending clients transfer Oeic Isa and Pep holdings to FundsNetwork if they wished to maintain the wrapper.
