Nicola Horlick's Bramdean has recruited former SGAM managers Andrew Green and Rachel Durkin to run a UK equity portfolio. The UK fund will hold 30 stocks and concentrate on FTSE 350 companies, although it will be free to invest across the market cap spectrum. Horlick, chief executive at Bramdean, who ran the SG UK Income fund from early 1999, said: "It is unlikely to be holding most of the mega caps, which will give the major divergence from the index.
