Knight Frank Investment Management is launching a series of property funds in 2005 aimed at high net worth and Sipp/Ssas investors. Although it has been offering commercial property funds for institutional investors for 25 years, these will be its first foray into private client business The first launch, the Access fund, will be launched in partnership with the Antler Group, a dedicated property management company.
