Sarasin & Partners is launching two global equity funds that mirror its existing EquiSar Global Thematic and Sarasin International Equity Income funds. Both funds will aim to hedge foreign currency exposure back into sterling on the underlying investment portfolio to the value of approximately 85%-95%. The company says it is launching these now because there is an interest from investors who wish to take advantage of the value in global equity markets but worry about sterling appreciating
