The performance data provider Micropal was in talks with the PIA over the issue of calculating the historic performance of funds in Isa wrappers. In January the PIA had issued a regulatory update, which stated if the presentations of past performance included the tax advantages of an Isa, the investment performance should be adjusted to allow for tax credits at the rates applicable for the year 1999/2000.
