INVESCO rejected any incomplete Isa applications during the last week of the Isa season even though under Inland Revenue rules they could have been accepted. Isa applications are considered incomplete if they lack a National Insurance number, have no signature, no birth date, or lack indication of which investment is required. It is estimated by product providers that less than 1% of applications are received incomplete.
