Fidelity has recruited five fund managers to work on its multi-manager team alongside Geraldine Stewart and Richard Skelt. The group has made internal and external hires to replace Chris Ralph, Jason Collings and Simon Mungall who left to set up Maia Capital, a joint-venture boutique with Resolution, last year. Ayesha Akbar joins from Barclays Wealth to cover Asian and emerging market equities whilst former Morgan Stanley manager Dermott Whelan will cover European funds.
