Frank Blighe, head of UK marketing at Skandia Investment Group has passed away, aged 51, following a short illness. He had worked for the company since 2005, during which time he helped develop and launch its first retail global property securities fund, Best Ideas range and the Skandia Ethical fund. The Southampton-born Oxford graduate had worked in financial services since 1980, when he joined pension and life assurance provider Save & Prosper. He went on to work for TSB, Friends Provident, M&G and Threadneedle, where he was head of UK marketing, before joining Skandia in 2005. SIG ...
