Old Broad Street Research (OBSR) has awarded new A ratings to three funds, the company has announced. Newton Balanced, managed by Iain Stewart, has been given an A rating to reflect the manager's 20 years of strong work for the overall Newton business, OBSR says. The fund has outperformed the IMA Balanced Managed sector significantly over one year to 7 January, falling just 3.6% compared to the sector's 19.3% decline, according to Trustnet. Norwich Union UK Equity Income, managed by Daniel Roberts, has also received the rating following its strong record of solid risk adjusted returns...
