Double-digit returns on the UK stock markets are achievable by the end of 2009, according to Ignis' Ralph Brook-Fox. The UK Focus fund manager says over the next three months the stock market should trough, as poor economic data continues to flood in. Earnings estimates will continue to fall, as they must do, he says, before we can be confident expectations have fully adjusted.
