The FSA has obtained a High Court interim injunction against UK-based Treadstone Corporation and director Thedfred Lemont Shepherd for selling unauthorised shares to UK investors. The regulator said it appears Treadstone and Shepherd have arranged cold calling of UK investors to sell shares that may have been issued by a Finnish company called Tramigo Limited. It believes that over 150 investors have paid in excess of £400,000 for the shares. Since Treadstone and Shepherd are not authorised by the FSA, investors may not claim compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme ...
