UK domiciled funds grew by £25bn last month, according to the Investment Management Association. There were nearly £375bn asset under management by the end of last April, compared to 348.4bn by the end of March. This was significantly dpwn on April 2008's total AUM figure of £450bn. Net retail sales were also up, from £1.75bn in March to £2.068bn in April, with Isa sales hitting a three-year monthly high at £671.4m net.
