OBSR has suspended the A Rating on the GLG Technology Equity fund following the recent departure of manager Hugh Grieves. As a result of GLG's takeover of the Société Générale Asset Management UK business, the group replaced Grieves with Phil Pearson and Anthony Burton on the £41m vechicle, Pearson and Burton currently manage £200m at GLG through a number of funds, including the group's long-standing absolute return Technology vehicle. OBSR says it will meet the new managers shortly to discuss the future plans for the fund.
