Barings has recruited a business development director and senior investment manager for its Guernsey office. Lynne Pellegrini joins as director of business development from Boston-based post at Legg Mason where she was head of US private banking sales. She was responsible for the distribution of the institutional private banking products and has also worked for the asset management arm of Citigroup for 10 years.
