Richard Eats is to advise S&P Fund Services on marketing and strategic positioning in a consultancy-based role. His main responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for further growth in its target markets. Eats said he expects to work with S&P for at least the next six months. He will not act as a media spokesperson for the ratings provider and his communications consultant role at Cofunds will remain unchanged. In the past, Eats has worked as director of communications at Threadneedle and at Hendersons in his 35-year investment industry career.
