Thames River is gauging investor interest for a fund of hedge funds launch focused on Africa. The group hopes to get the fund, managed by Ken Kinsey-Quick, on the market by the end of the year. It is also looking at bringing a product focused on the Pacific region to the market. This follows the closure of Kinsey-Quick’s Warrior fund at $1.1bn while Warrior II only has $200m of capacity left before it closes at the same level.
