Aviva Investors has expanded its multi-manager property team with the acquisition of US real estate firm Madison Harbour. Founders Ed Casal and Russ Bates and the rest of the employees will now report to Nick Mansley, currently director of property strategy and indirect investment at Morley, which will become Aviva Investors in September. This brings the group’s real estate multi-manager capabilities to a 17-strong team based in New York, London and Singapore.
