Cru has written to investors requesting feedback relating to assets held in the suspended Arch cru funds. The options being proposed include reopening the funds in their existing Oeic structures, winding down the funds and liquidating their assets, merging the range into a single vehicle or selling them to an interested party. The questionnaire closes on 22 May and the results will be collated by cru and submitted to Capita for consideration in their decision on the future of the funds, in its capacity as authorised corporate director (ACD).
