Rising inflation and the threat of a depreciating dollar are set to drive a bull run in gold, according to Schroders Private Bank. SPM chief executive Rupert Robinson claims conditions in the US are likely to drive precious metal equities up, while gold bullion is an each way bet. "All the ingredients are in place for a bull run in gold and gold stocks," he says.
