Bill Miller is predicting a recovery in equity markets in 2010 making winners out of value investors. Having beaten the market for 15 consecutive years, Miller's funds have recently taken a big hit. The US-domiciled Legg Mason Value fund has lost nearly 50% over the past three years to 24 October 2008, according to Morningstar. However, Miller believes his fortunes are likely to change in the coming years as value investing reinstates itself as a top performing style.
