Marc Haynes is quitting his role as head of fund strategy and selection at Friends Provident. He has held the position since joining from Schroders in 2006 and is now leaving to join a US-based consultancy. Friends Provident intends to recruit a direct replacement for him in due course. Haynes had been responsible for the group’s investment proposition, including fund selection and management of the Activ range of multimanager funds for both corporate and personal pensions.
