John Duffield will not be calling his new investment company Hyde Park Asset Management, as originally planned. According to a hedge fund advisor called Hyde Park Investments Limited, lawyers representing a number of recently-formed financial services companies which sought to use the Hyde Park brand, thought to include Duffield, have now agreed they will no longer use the term.
