Gartmore has appointed former Clay Finlay sales principal Nancy McNally to its North American business development team. She joins the company's Boston office as senior vice president, business development, working with North American business development chief Jamie Macmillan. McNally has worked in finance 20 years, including for Fidelity Investment and Robeco Investment Management. Macmillan says: "This is a significant market and we believe there is great potential for our product range amongst plan sponsors and consultants across the US and Canada."
