Norwich Union has changed the managers on its UK Growth and Income and Growth funds. Chris Murphy has passed Income & Growth fund to Richard Colwell, as he takes over UK Growth from David Lis. Under Murphy, the management strategy on UK Growth will change slightly, with lower exposure to traditional growth sectors such as biotechnology and a greater value and mid-cap bias.
