Morley has launched its UK Equity Long/Short hedge fund to be managed by Ian Lancaster and James Follows. The offering aims to provide an absolute return with lower volatility than the FTSE All Share, and will focus primarily on small and mid-cap UK equities. The two managers also run the Norwich UK Income Opportunities vehicle. The new fund will be marketed primarily to institutional investors with a minimum investment level of £300,000. Listed in Dublin, the Guernsey-domiciled vehicle has a performance fee applied above its AMC of 1.5%.
