BlackRock has launched its MLIIF Fixed Income Global Opportunities fund into the UK retail market. The fund is managed by BlackRock fixed income co-heads Keith Anderson and Scott Amero, and aims to achieve an absolute return by exploiting value opportunities across global bond markets. The US$171.9m vehicle is a sub-fund of Merrill Lynch International Investment Funds, an open-ended Luxembourg-based Sicav.
