Resolution has hired Austin McBride from Lazard as head of retail sales. McBride, who has held senior roles at Barclays Business Bank, Janus International and Henderson’s, replaces former retail sales head Alistair Hall. Hall has been moved to the newly-created position of head of UK client proposition and service.
