The Dow Jones is struggling in early trading this morning despite a strong start for banks after rumours surfaced number of institutions would be allowed to repay their Troubled Asset Relief Program funds. Despite the steady start for financials, the Dow has fallen 72.40 points (0.83%) to 8,690.73 points. Citigroup leads the way, up 2.6% to $3.55 - with JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America also ahead, 2.14% to $35.29 and 0.67% to $11.94 respectively.
