Chirin Capital is launching an Asia Absolute Alpha fund to the UK investor. The long-only absolute return fund will use futures and options, employing tactical cash positions in a bid to protect against downside risk. Daily dealing and pricing is available. The Ucits III fund will be run by veteran fund manager Martin Shenfield, who has been investing in Asia Pacific region since 1981 and running absolute return strategies since 1993.
