Schroders head of structured fund management Thomas See has replaced John Teahan as manager on the Income Maximiser fund. See, who has been closely involved with the management and promotion on the fund since inception, has taken over control after Teahan departed the company to pursue opportunities outside the finance industry. The Schroder Income Maximiser has exceeded its target yield of 7% in its first three years, delivering 7.4%, 7.3% and 8.7% respectively.
