Iimia MitonOptimal has announced successful completion of its merger with Midas Capital Partners. The newly formed company has been renamed Midas Capital plc, and its shares have now begun trading on Aim. Simon Edwards is managing director, while Martin Gray and Bruce McIntosh have stood down as directors, but remain with the company as fund managers.
