Hargreaves Lansdown has set its indicative offer price range as 140p to 160p per share, with 118.6m available shares implying gross proceeds of approximately £178m and a market capitalisation for the company of £711m. The offer will comprise the sale of 25% of the ordinary share capital of the company by existing shareholders. Hargreaves Lansdown announced its intention to float on 16 April. The offer is being made to institutional investors in the UK and elsewhere outside the United States and to certain clients and employees of the group.
