Insynergy has appointed Gavin Ward as business development director with immediate effect. Ward joins from Fidelity where he was sales director and worked with the company's UK and international insurance businesses in the group's financial institutions channel. Ward will be working alongside recently appointed business development director, Andy Gibb, and will report to CEO and founder Spike Hughes.
