L&G UK Property UT remains top quartile over one and three years since launch

Michael Barrie has been managing the Legal & General UK Property unit trust since its launch in March 2006. Three years on, Barrie is content to have built up a strong track record, which has allowed the fund to stay in the top quartile over one and three years. The £184m fund focuses on the UK property market solely and is open to Isa investors on the retail side and institutional investors as well.
