Ben Russon’s unconstrained global thematic approach has consistently guided the Newton manager to top-decile performance. The Newton UK Opportunities fund is ranked 35 out of 276 vehicles in the IMA UK All Companies sector over three years to 16 November, up 3.5% against the average decline of 7.9%, according to Morningstar. The fund aims to maximise long-term capital growth from a concentrated portfolio of predominantly UK companies, and is unconstrained by index weightings, sector constraints or company size.
