As the world's food supply comes under pressure from a soaring global population, savvy investors are profiting from this theme by putting money into agribusiness funds. The agribusiness sector includes the entire spectrum of businesses related to food production -from planting to the distribution and sales of the end product. Increased demand is being driven by urbanisation, affluence in emerging markets and increased life expectancies.
