Marlborough manager takes £34m fixed interest vehicle to top of peer group over one year

Over the past year the Marlborough High Yield Fixed Interest fund has managed to outperform all its competitors in the IMA High Yield sector. Managed by Paul Reed of Aberdeen Asset Management since its November 2004 launch, the £34m fund is ranked top out of 20 vehicles over 12 months to 30 November climbing 67.3% against a 43.3% average rise according to Morningstar. Over three years it has slightly outperformed the average, ranked 10 out of 19 funds, and up 5% against a 3.8% average.
