Investec fund uses Ucits III to stand out from its peers

Investec Natural Resources is unlike many of its peers in the UK market, as the vehicle not only can go long on individual commodities, it can also add value on the short side. The fund has the ability to go long and short on the market through equities and ETCs. It can also use derivatives to reduce volatility. George Cheveley and Brad George became co-managers of Investec Natural Resources when it launched in May 2008.
