Transferring out of with-profits can be a cumbersome process so you should have an efficient and repeatable process to ensure this is the right course of action and nothing is missed

The world of with-profits has been in the news again recently as some of the opaque and complicated funds that have disappointed a number of investors continue to fall out of favour. A recent survey we conducted showed that the exodus from with-profits is far from over. Of the nearly 500 advisers that took part in the survey, an overwhelming 93% said that they are likely to actively recommend that clients transfer bond investments from with-profits to unit-linked funds within the next 12 months.
