Phayre-Mudge and Roos to head Thames hedge product

Thames River Capital is launching a long/short fund investing in real estate stocks and derivatives on 30 November. Targeting returns of 12%-15% each year, Thames River Longstone will be headed up by Marcus Phayre-Mudge and Christian Roos. Thames River said the launch comes at a time of increasing concern over the future direction of commercial real estate prices, with many listed property trusts standing at double-digit discounts to Nav.
