&149;The FSA will consult on the proposals for the menu system for three months, ending 1 June. It will then make any necessary changes to the draft rules and release the final rules for both depolarisation and the menu remuneration system in the second half of 2004. &149;From the time the final rules are set, intermediaries will have six months to comply with them.
