Earlier this year, I was fortunate enough to experience the creative powers of the younger generation first hand. PPML participated in a business studies initiative with the local girls' grammar school. Five year-10 girls were allocated to PPML, one of 25 employers in Salisbury that participated in the annual competition. We set the team the task of creating ideas to make self-invested personal pensions (Sipps) more appealing.
