For the past five years, Europe has been the best developed market for investment. According to the IMA, in the five years to the end of January, funds in the Europe ex UK sector returned an average of 126.2%, compared to the 96.4% average of the funds in the UK All Companies sector. The Europe including UK sector, obviously brought down by its UK exposure, returned 109.6% over that time.
