Substantial regulation changes due in the near future are set to revamp the UK's property investment market as a more flexible range of funds becomes available. These potential alterations stem from the FSA's Consultation Paper 185, which was issued earlier this year, as well as the property industry's campaign to get the Government to introduce real estate investment trusts (Reits) to the UK.
