Offshore funds have made their presence felt in the shortlists for this year's Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year awards, with only one onshore portfolio able to break into the Japan category for example. Most overseas equity categories have strong offshore representation, with four out of six in the Far East sector and three out of five in the US.
